Great brightness, graphic smoothness concerning gaming. The stand looks very nice on the desk.

If sharpness not adjusted correctly, the text can be hard to read if to far away from the screen.

In general, the monitor is really good for gaming and picture editing. For ready text, the sharpness could be too high, which is not favorable for ready and text quality.

-Was on sale at a riciculous price at BB (should have PM with NCIX but I didn't know NCIX before) -As expected -Many features (ajustement if picture, 1ms response, black equalizer, flicker free) -Designed for gaming ; use it for PC gaming and surfing on the internet -Screen seems very solid, well built

-Not a lot to complain about (maybe the speaker)

At the beginning, I was worried about the quality of the picture because it's not a IPS screen. But now, I had it for 5 months and I'm very happy of my purchase. The quality of the picture in games is great. I should have bought at NCIX and PM.

Great quality for price when on sale! I have not had any issues with it. Owner since June 2014. Been great for my gaming needs

-None that I could tell.

I would purchase again. Large screen for reasonable price.

good picture excellent color nice bright monitor loved the tooless assembly I always spend more time looking for tools, displays all the games I play very well mostly FPS and car racing

not adjustable

I never heard much good about BENQ I always thought they were too cheap to be any good, but I haven't had much luck with high end big name monitors either good pictures but don't last long, saw this one at 209 dollars I thought why not take a chance so far I'm was impressed enough to buy a second one for my back up computer when its monitor crapped out

Great video Quality, 1ms, light

Transistor breaks after a year, hdmi/dvi plug hard to access if in a norrow place If you wanna do RMA request with BenQ forget it, just buy something else.

great for the first year, after you gotta look for something else.

- Decent Price when on sale - Good for gaming

- washed out colors for non-gaming - preset "modes" are too bright or too washed out in color -Obvious Ghosting especially when just scrolling down a web page.... when AMA is on... i still see minute traces of ghosting with it off at times... some gaming monitor.... - 2 dead pixels... but can't RMA or exchange because based on warranty needs "4 or more dead pixels at 1080P" - My IPS monitor felt nicer on the eyes non-gaming computer use.. compared to this TN monitor...

This monitor is great for gaming. But other than gaming... It would not be a good choice... The present Modes between: movie, RTS 1... etc etc... are all too bright or "washed out" in color... especially compared to my IPS monitor or even old LCD monitors... 3 stars because my monitor... after a few days of use 2 "stuck pixels" came out of nowhere that no matter what i tried to "remove" it wont... very distracting two red pixel dots...

Tooless assembly, many preset modes, multiple digital inputs

AMA caused a strange ghost effect

The monitor came with a D-Sub cable and a DVI cable, which is a nice touch. There are a lot of presets and it's not difficult to go through the settings and dial it in to suit your preferences. I had a hard time finding the drivers from BenQ's website, but they are included on a CD that comes with the package. 2 HDMI inputs in addition to the usual DVI and D-Sub make it easy to have multiple systems running through the monitor with minimal cable juggling. My only issue, and this is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is the AMA setting (Advanced Motion Accelerator). I had ghosting, mostly on black text, when text was moving; scrolling through emails, another gamer's "tag" in a game. I went through all of the settings and calibrated it using all of the various online tools I could find. I got the screen looking great, but still, ghosting. I sent in a repair ticket and they got back to me in under 12 hours recommending that I try turning off the AMA. Bingo! That did it. Minus 1 for a silly setting being on by default, but Kudos to BenQ for speedy, friendly, and accurate tech support. Overall, a great monitor if you can get it on sale.

Its quite bright

Its a terrible gaming monitor, laggy ghosting just all around crap

I didn't do too much research on this monitor before buying it, so its my fault i'm stuck with it now If you're a fan of ghosts then this is the monitor for you! I am not and as such i get quite aggravated when playing an FPS and seeing after images of my game as i move the mouse around Its really bad. Dont buy this monitor. Good day
